We offer both per-incident and multi-level contracted support for both maintenance and onsite troubleshooting that can fit into any budget. Contracted maintenance offers you peace of mind that your machines will always be optimized and up-to-date with the latest patches, fixes, and virus protection. Also included with a maintenance contract is priority phone support and remote assistance for all covered machines. Contracted server maintenance incorporates the creation and monitoring of comprehensive backup plans that will protect your data, even in the event of a catastrophic failure.


Yes, we work with most of the best-reputed brands on the market. In the case of computers and servers, we can assume 100% of the cases, since we work with any of the brands. In the case of Cameras, DVRs, Phone Systems or Access Control Systems we work with 90% of the most used brands currently. Even so, it is important and necessary that we make a site visit to verify the conditions of the facilities, cabling, age and size of the technological park to be managed by us.


Yes. Nimble is an authorized reseller of Carbonite Solutions, which provides off-site backups with unlimited storage and other features such as recovering files that have been infected by ransomware. Our on-site backup solutions may vary depending on the client environment, network type, and storage need.

What is your rate by hour?
We charge $120/hour from Downtown Miami to Boca Raton. If your location is north of Boca Raton or south of Downtown Miami, the rate is $150. We do not charge travel fees. The minimum charge is the first hour, and then, we charge in increments of 30 minutes.
Can I get an estimate?
Of course. We'll evaluate your equipment and give you a free written quote as soon as possible. On another note we never do any work without customer approval.
Can you pick up and deliver?estimate?
Yes. We will come to your home or business to pick up or deliver your equipment. Mileage rates apply for pickup and delivery.
How do I know if I need to purchase a new computer?
Most users will often purchase a new system when they find out what the upgrades to an older unit will cost compared to the minimal gains that are seen. Sometimes it makes more sense to put the cost of the upgrades toward a new system depending on the age and components of your current system.
I need to expand my small business network. Can you help?
Sure. We'll make an appointment to come out to your place of business to assess your needs and then make recommendations as to the most cost effective solution that will serve your business needs most effectively. From wired cabling and network drops, wireless configurations and client-server networks, we have you covered.
How soon can you send a technician to my location?
We normally can have a technician on-site either same day or next day. Onsite support is available for all of West Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and Broward counties.

Do you sell computers and servers?
Yes. And we also do all the migration of data needed from the old computer to the new computer, besides we provide the addition of new peripherals to increase security, such as External HDD, UPS, etc.
